A little background
Before Funny Face Fiction, I spent years and years working in traditional publishing, as a freelance associate editor, and that experience showed me something important:
♥ Traditional publishing has a whole support system behind the scenes.
♥ Self-publishing authors often have to build that system from scratch.
When I published my first novel at 55, I did what writers do best: I figured it out. I created the templates and resources I needed to organize ideas, develop characters, build worlds, and actually finish what I started.
I shared them with my writing group. Then someone said, “you should sell these.” And that’s how Funny Face Fiction began.
More than writing tools
These days, I also help people who want to build small businesses through Amazon KDP or Etsy, because in this economy, an extra income stream can be a game-changer. I’m in the top 4.5% of all Etsy sellers.
And if you’re not a writer or business owner, you’re still welcome here. I also create journals, trackers and fun trivia games that focused on fun, relaxation, reflection, and personal growth because mental health matters to everyone.
The human behind the shop
Outside of work, I’m a small business owner, a Microsoft enthusiast, a military mom, an entertainment junkie, and a Canadian hockey fan (eh?).
